Rooted in fine woodworking, her practice emphasizes material presence, warmth, and thoughtful construction. Samantha completed a two year program in fine furniture making at the Vermont Woodworking School and has worked professionally in custom furniture fabrication for the past five years. Alongside woodworking, she has expanded her practice through studies in ceramics, metalworking, textiles, and paper, often combining materials to create tactile and layered work.
